Buck Converter

Many people have had very good success with using buck converters to make HHO. the idea behind the design is the apms will be stored in the inductor and slowly released into the HHO cell. each cell( the area between the 2 plates) needs 2 to 3 volts for amps to flow when electrolite is used. using ohms law we can see that 12 volts and 20 amps are 240watts. one cell would then see the 240 watts as 3 volts and 80 amps. roughly.
